Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the LoopX app and the website at loopx.ranbot.online. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

01
The software and its license
LoopX is free, open-source software released under the MIT License. The license text in the repository governs your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute the code. These terms do not restrict those rights.
02
What LoopX does and does not do
LoopX runs AI agents that act on your behalf using tools and accounts you connect. It is built to stop at reviewable results: an open merge request, a draft reply, a brief or a comment. It does not merge code or send email by itself.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what an agent produces, such as code, drafts and summaries, before you rely on it, merge it or send it.
03
Your responsibilities
When you use LoopX you agree to:
- Use only accounts, repositories and data you are authorized to access.
- Keep your tokens and credentials secure, and revoke them if you think they are exposed.
- Comply with the terms of every service you connect, including your AI provider, GitLab, GitHub, Google and Slack.
- Not use LoopX to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or attack systems.
04
Third-party services
LoopX relies on services it does not control. Their availability, pricing, limits and terms are set by their providers, and any cost they charge, including AI usage, is between you and them.
05
No warranty
LoopX and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
06
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, code, revenue or profit, arising from your use of LoopX. Back up work that matters and review changes before you accept them.
07
Names and trademarks
LoopX is an independent project. Product names such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, GitLab, GitHub, Google and Slack belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement.
08
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the project evolves. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
